The data you enter or import into the app belongs to you. The publisher has no access to it: it never leaves your device.

Personal data

The app collects no data. There are no accounts, no servers and no syncing. Your sessions, XP, levels and collection are stored only on your device, and all calculations are done there. Neither the publisher nor any third party has access to them.

Payment for a Premium subscription is handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe contracts with the buyer and issues the invoice. The publisher neither receives nor keeps any bank details, and no training data is sent to Stripe. The terms of sale are set out in the terms of sale.

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over this data. Write to mylevel.lift@gmail.com: your request is handled within one month. If you disagree with the outcome, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Processing is detailed, processor by processor, in the privacy policy.

Cookies and trackers

The app uses no cookies or trackers.

This site, however, loads two measurement and advertising tools that place trackers in your browser:

Trackers placed by this site
Tracker Provider Purpose
_fbp Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Audience measurement and ad attribution (Meta Pixel)
Google Tag Manager Google Ireland Ltd. Loading of measurement tags

Nothing fires without your consent. These trackers only load after an explicit choice from you, made in the banner shown on your first visit. Declining takes one click, exactly like accepting, and continuing to browse does not count as consent. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link in the footer. If you make no choice, or if your browser blocks JavaScript, no tracker is loaded.

Governing law and disputes

This site and its use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, at mylevel.lift@gmail.com.

If you live in the European Union, you can also use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission.
