General terms of sale
Last updated: September 5, 2026 · Courtesy translation: the French version prevails.
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the MY LEVEL LIFT Premium subscription to individuals acting as consumers. They are accepted when the order is placed and take precedence over any other document.
The MY LEVEL LIFT app remains free to use, with no time limit. Subscribing to Premium is optional and is not required for any basic feature.
Publisher and seller
The MY LEVEL LIFT app is published by the person named below, who designs the service, issues the licenses and provides support.
The sale is operated by Stripe as the merchant of record: Stripe contracts with the buyer for the transaction, issues the invoice, and determines, collects and remits any tax applicable in the buyer's country of residence.

The Premium service
The Premium subscription unlocks four analysis modules within the app:
- Advanced stats: period comparison, per-exercise performance curves, weekly tonnage, trends, activity calendar, timeline, searchable records
- Program analysis: weekly sets per muscle group compared to a reference range, frequency, push / pull balance
- Explainable coach: observation, interpretation, suggestion and a justification backed by numbers, plus a consolidated progress report
- Premium content: 8 extra quests, 8 badges and 8 titles
The progression engine is identical for all users. The subscription does not change the XP calculation, levels, targets or ranks. Premium quests earn no XP: their reward is a badge or a title. This commitment is an integral part of the contract.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The amount displayed when the order is placed is the amount charged: nothing is added at the payment step.
- Monthly
- €5.99Per month, no commitment
- Annual
- €49.99Per year, about €4.17 per month
- Lifetime
- €99One-time payment, no renewal
Taxes. The publisher falls under the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses provided for in Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code and charges no tax. Any VAT due on the sale is determined, collected and remitted by Stripe as the merchant of record, based on the buyer's country of residence. It is included in the displayed price and, where applicable, itemized on the invoice issued by Stripe.
The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed. Any price change has no effect on current subscriptions until they come up for renewal, and is communicated by email at least one month before any renewal at the new price.
Order and payment
Orders are placed from the app or from this website, on a secure payment page operated by Stripe. The sales contract is concluded with Stripe, the merchant of record, which issues the invoice and handles the tax compliance of the transaction. The publisher does not receive, process or keep any bank details.
The order is binding as soon as payment is confirmed. Two messages follow to the email address provided: the invoice, issued by Stripe, and the license code, issued by the publisher.
No account is created: the email address provided is used only to issue the license and for the contractual relationship.
Delivery
Access is provided as a signed license code, sent by email after payment. It is activated in the app, on the Premium screen, by entering the purchase email address and this code.
Verification is done locally on the device and works without a connection. The license can be activated on the buyer's personal devices.
If the code hasn't arrived within an hour of payment, write to mylevel.lift@gmail.com: a new license is issued free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or bear any cost.
To exercise it, simply write to mylevel.lift@gmail.com before the period expires: the publisher passes the request to Stripe, which collected the payment. The refund is made within fourteen days of receiving the request, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
Exception. If, when ordering, you expressly asked for access to be opened immediately and acknowledged that this request means losing your right of withdrawal, that right no longer applies once access has actually been provided. Without both of these consents given at the time of the order, the fourteen-day period applies in full.
Term and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term, for an identical period, unless cancelled. The lifetime offer does not renew: it is acquired permanently through a one-time payment.
Cancellation can be requested at any time, with no reason and no penalty. It takes effect at the end of the current period, which has already been paid and remains due.
On expiry, the Premium modules close and no data is deleted: XP, levels, targets, badges, titles and history stay intact, and the app keeps working in its free version.
Legal guarantee of conformity
The service is provided in conformity with the contract. In case of a lack of conformity, you benefit from the legal guarantee provided by the French Consumer Code for digital content and services: bringing the service into conformity at no cost, or failing that a price reduction or termination of the contract.
This guarantee is exercised free of charge, independently of any commercial guarantee, by writing to mylevel.lift@gmail.com.
Liability
MY LEVEL LIFT is a training tracking and analysis tool. The targets, trends and suggestions it shows are indications calculated from the data you import, never prescriptions. You can accept, edit or reject them.
The app is not medical advice, nor a personalized training program drawn up by a healthcare professional. If you have any doubt about your fitness for exercise, consult a doctor. The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of unsuitable physical activity.
Since data is stored only on your device, backing it up is your responsibility. The export feature is available for free in the settings.
Personal data
The data processed as part of the sale (email address, license identifier, order history) is processed to perform the contract and to meet accounting obligations.
No training data is sent to the publisher, to Stripe or to any third party. The processing is detailed in the privacy policy.
Complaints
Any complaint about the service, the license or the app can be sent to mylevel.lift@gmail.com. A reply is given within fifteen working days.
A complaint about billing itself (amount charged, tax applied, billing document) falls under Stripe, the merchant of record. Write to the publisher anyway: the request is forwarded and followed up until it is resolved.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable settlement of a dispute, after first trying to resolve it directly with the publisher.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The consumer protection provisions of the law of the buyer's country of residence, where more favorable, remain applicable.
If you live in the European Union, you can also use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission.
